HEAVYPOLY Printer (Top Down SLA Resin)
Update 2.28.2018
I've made a few changes to the build which have made it much easier to use and more consistant.
1. Resin Milkshake Sesame Resin from http://milkshake3d.com/ This Resin allows you to print shapes that would be impossible with others...it is a game changer.
2. In the video I use Creation workshop, which requires a computer to be tethered to the printer to use it. I've switched to nanodlp which runs off a raspberry pi and allows you to control the printer from any smartphone/tablet or computer.

My nanodlp machine and resin profiles are here:

3. Added a drain spout to the resin Vat which creates a consistent resin level, which means more accurate prints and pretty much no calibration after the first time.
4 Switched from Salt water to Glycerin for support liquid. It's less messy and overall easier than the salt water solution.
Video tutorial covering the DIY build of a high resolution stereolithography resin printer. (same technology as Form 1, Kudo Titan and B9 creator). We'll be using parts from Ebay to make a high quality printer using the same tech as the top commercial printers.
